Phi Sohn Nong Tutor
Phi Sohn Nong – Students Tutoring Students are disadvantaged elementary school students who typically serve as teacher’s helpers by assisting younger students to improve their Thai language reading skills. They receive a small gift of money for their efforts. Thus, WDI improves the lives of both the student receiving the financial aid and other students whose literacy is enhanced. This is not charity; the students give of themselves for what they receive. And they gain valuable experience helping others which enhances their dignity and self-respect.
